When you fill out our contact form we collect your name, email, phone number, city, the product you're interested in, your preferred appointment date and time, and any comments you write.
To keep a record of your contact authorization, we also automatically store the date and time of submission, the IP address it was sent from, your browser and device type, the page you came from (for example, a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok ad), and the exact text of the authorization you accepted.
How we use your information
- To contact you by phone, text message or email to provide the guidance you requested and schedule your appointment.
- To prepare quotes and help you with life insurance applications.
- To keep a record of your contact authorization, as required by law.
- To improve our website and our campaigns.
Your contact authorization
We only contact you if you checked the authorization box on our form. That authorization is not a condition of purchasing any product. You can revoke it at any time by replying STOP to any text message, telling your agent during a call, or writing to [email protected]. Once you revoke it, we will stop contacting you for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We only share it when needed to serve you:
- With the licensed agents on our team who handle your case.
- With insurance companies, only when you ask us for a quote or a policy application.
- With technical service providers, such as website and database hosting, who may only use the information to provide that service to us.

Your information travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is stored in an internal system that only our agents can access with a username and password. No system is 100% secure, but we apply reasonable measures to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as needed to serve you or as required by law. We keep the record of your contact authorization for at least five years, since it may serve as proof that you gave us permission to call you.
Your rights
